About The Pizzaman

This all started about 3 1/2 years ago. I was having a Pizza Party at my house in Las Vegas. While I was making Pizza in my Wood Fired Oven. My now X partner Noel made this statement THEIR IS NO WAY YOU CAN PUT A WOOD FIRED PIZZA OVEN ON A TRAILER AND GET IT LICENSED. I said Their is no such thing as can't, you can do almost anything you put mind too. With that, 3 months later and a lot of trial and error the trailer was licensed in Clark County NV as a Mobile Unit,We started our new venture at the Farmers Market in town. From their we were asked to go to Sears Point and do Nascar. We did the whole season. Now we were off to a good start booking events on the West Coast, from fairs to the sand dunes.After our First year we were licensed in 7 States and 42 Counties as a Mobilr Food Vendor. Almost everywhere our customers wanted us to open in their area. After 3 Years of Traveling, Buying my partner out and working on other projects, Bonnie and I are ready to take the next steps. We purchased Nothing AZ. and plan to build our first permanent location. Located on Route 93 about half way between Kingman AZ and Phonix AZ in the middle of nowhere (22 miles to Wikiup) we are surounded by BLM land. We will be using wind and solar power to run our whole operation. Even our plant for trailers and our electric vehicles. We will have a mini mart along with RV spaces and Cabins a Go Green Charging Station. In our permanent location I am adding a Wood Fired BBQ to go with our Wood Fired Pizza Oven. We plan to open in the end of Nov.2008 and be in full swing by April 2009. I will keep you posted.
