Pizzamanmike has just completed the most compact fully mobile Wood Fired Pizza Trailer. Pizzamanmike unvailed it at The 2009 Pizza Expo in LasVegas, NV. The trailer was allready licensed by Clark County Health Dept. as a fully Mobile Unit. It may be compact but , it can crank out the best Pizza in Town. You can cook up to 6 - 8" personal pizzas or 2 - 16" pizzas at a time. No need to worry when you are cranking out Pizza Pies in 90 Seconds or less. ( Yes we were timed many times outside the Pizza Expo * TWO 8" PERSONAL PEPPERONI PIES IN 76 SECOUNDS *) Our standard pricing last year at shows and events was $8.00 for a Personal and &22.00 for a 16". This year we are at $8.50 and $23.00. People want Quaility and that is what we give them. All of the Mobile Wood Fired Pizza Trailers we sell are ready for a Mobile License in you state or county.

We will assist you in completing all the paperwork required by the Health Dept. So all you would have to do is send it off via snall mail (with their fee payment of course). We make sure you get you Mobile license in your State or County.
